These Terms & Conditions govern bookings made directly with Galápagos Redefined High End, a direct tour operator based in San Cristóbal, Galápagos, Ecuador (RUC 2091768137001, Tourism Registry 20917681370001.001.4011920). By booking an excursion with us, you agree to the terms below.

To organise your excursion we collect information such as your name, passport details, nationality, date of birth, contact details, flight information, an emergency contact, payment information, and any medical or dietary information you choose to share with us.

This information is used solely to organise your trip: hotel, boat and excursion bookings, transport arrangements, Galápagos National Park registration, payment processing and concierge services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By completing a booking through our online payment providers, you authorize Galápagos Redefined High End to process payment for the services you have booked and confirmed, at the price displayed at the time of booking.

Before your tour, you must disclose any relevant medical conditions, physical or mobility limitations, cardiac or respiratory conditions, and allergies (food, medication, insect or environmental), as well as any medications or emergency treatments you currently use.

This information allows our guides to plan your excursion safely. Non-disclosure of a relevant medical condition is your responsibility and may affect our ability to accommodate you safely on the water.

You must indicate, before your excursion, whether you know how to swim, do not know how to swim, or require flotation assistance. You are responsible for the accuracy of this declaration, made via the mandatory checklist at the time of booking.

All excursions comply with Galápagos National Park regulations. You agree to follow the instructions of certified naturalist guides at all times, to respect wildlife conservation protocols, and to observe all applicable regulations regarding marine wildlife, including maintaining safe and respectful distances from animals.

By checking the declaration box before payment, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate, you accept the safety and environmental conditions described above, and you assume responsibility should you fail to disclose a medical condition relevant to your safety during the excursion.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are final: we do not offer refunds, partial payments, or payment plans once a reservation is confirmed, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If weather conditions or Galápagos National Park regulations make your excursion impossible to carry out as scheduled, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative date rather than a refund.
